Pro-Xi contacted us through our website and asked us to manufacture parts for the “Bubble Press” that was featured on WBS “Toretama”. The “Bubble Press” is a product that can be disposed of smartly by compressing air caps, which are bubble cushioning materials, and reducing their weight.
For material selection, we selected POM, a readily available and inexpensive material with good mechanical strength, sliding properties, and abrasion resistance. For the machining surface, we proposed the accuracy issues and machining conditions, and proposed the best possible conditions for quality and price.
